This morning my wife brought up an interesting point that you should not consider Criticism valid from someone you would not take advice. I am paraphrasing, but the idiom struck me. Many times, we receive Criticism from people, and we make the mistake of internalizing that Criticism. Many of these people who are criticizing you for whatever you are doing, you would never in your life take advice from them. Their Criticism is pointless.
In the world of social media, people feel free to criticize many things. Most of all, they are quick to criticize our accomplishments. They do this, so they feel good about themselves. These people are drunk on toxicity. Toxicity is a poison and has never produced or created anything. Also, my advice is not to even address toxicity. In the words of Steve Harvey, do not come off the wall to address someone who is not climbing like you.
