A personal Blueprint is a method of conduct that individuals choose in order to achieve one or more individual or professional goal.
People usually write down action plans to more easily follow the sequence of steps that it takes for these plans to come to fruition. Personal Blueprints are also called private goal plans or life plans.
Personal Blueprints are encompassed of three principal elements. The first item is a list of the specific steps that must be taken for a person to attain their goals. The second element is the time aspect that the people use to motivate them to reach the goal on or before a specified date. The third part is listing the resources available to help the people realize their goals.
It is important to note that people must figure in unforeseen circumstances and events in the course of their personal Blueprints to be successful. When people plan for bumps in the road, these occurrences do not deter their growth or cause them to lose vision of their goals.
