What is “In the Zone”? It is a feeling where decisions are easy, you are at your pinnacle of happiness and the fruits of your labor seem to come easy. This is also the area where you are going to attract the resources you need to accomplish your goals. Some people call it many names but for the sake of Infinite Blue Ocean, we are calling it “In the Zone”.

The way you get to getting “In the Zone” is developing a system and organize plan. Each time that you accomplish something on your goals list, you have a small endorphin release. Once you do this repeatedly accomplishing those small goals, getting you to your bigger goals you will see that your brain starts to take over. There is a euphoric feeling that takes over. The mistake we do when we are “In the Zone” is too calm, recompense with alcohol, or compensate with bad combinations of food. The so-called reward this is certainly an enormous mistake.

A lot of times when we reach our goals and we feel very good about ourselves we think mistakenly that we need a reward and we often times reward ourselves with something that is essentially going to defeat the purpose of being “In the Zone”. You will find that cigarettes, alcohol and bad combinations of foods will take away your “In the Zone” prominence. Some people call this autointoxication. In this point in your life, autointoxication is “In the Zone” kryptonite.

You will find another downfall from being “In the Zone” is the people around you who are more than willing to kill your spirit. This is where you have to adjust your mind to a hostile situation so it does not extinguish your essence. Some people will do that. They are not doing it on purpose; they are merely acting out of The Crab in the Barrel syndrome. If they cannot be euphoric like you, they must bring you down.

I am quite aware that some of you are saying I have never felt “In the Zone”. Well my job is to get you to the point where you are happy. Try making five goals that you have to accomplish in one day and if you accomplish all of these 5 goals that are attainable and one day, it would be awesome. Stick with it do not lose focus do not get distracted and stick strictly to doing these goals. At the end of these goals, attack the bigger goals, right down the inspirations that just seem to come out of nowhere. Because that is what being, “In the Zone” is.
