Each day, a significant amount of energy may be required to accomplish what is needed. I want to make sure I’m using my energy in a productive way. I’ve found it helpful to focus my time and efforts on that which brings the greatest return. Also, emotions can be a drain, so focus on what you can control and on expressing emotions in a beneficial way.
Also stay positive and smile a lot, it uses less energy. One thing I don’t want is to be too drained to perform effectively when it’s most needed.
