Afraid of what?

Believe it or not many people are afraid to go after what they want because they don’t want to fail. So they choose the safe alternative to keep drifting through their lives never accomplishing anything because they afraid to fail. I live in Kansas City. In 2007 the Kansas City Royals set out a plan to the playoffs they achieved it but not without having seven other failures. Speaking of baseball one of the greatest baseball players ever lived led the league in strikeouts so did Hank Aaron and Ty Cobb. These men were not afraid of failure because they knew failure was just a stepping stone to success.

this took over 10K failures

The problem is when people get the first tastes of adversity they fold. This is what separates the people who want to succeed and have a pure desire away from the people who were merely playing and toying with the idea. The environment you create for yourself is one that let you overcome adversity and use it as a steppingstone. Every success comes with that rap is the solution. Scientifically it takes 364 licks to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop. It took Edison over 10,000 failures to discover the light. It’s a Chrysler four times of taking apart the car and putting it back together to understand the workings of a car and manufacturing one.

What we do here in our job is to make sure that you have a laser beam focus but the first step needs to start with you. Do you have the desire? If you do not have the desire you cannot overcome any adversity, it first starts with a burning desire. My question for you do you have that?
